I'm Faith. I came here from the Philippines, I'm a solo mum of six, and before Nourish Oils I spent years working alongside young people and women navigating homelessness & recovering from gender violence.

That work taught me two things. That rebuilding takes strength and gentleness in equal measure. And that what most women need isn't rescuing, it's a wage, some flexibility, and someone who believes they can.

There's no shortage of women who want to work. There's a shortage of work that bends. A shift that ends at 2:30 isn't a concession it's the difference between working and not.

So I started making oils, at a time when I was putting a home and a sense of self back together at once. Everything is still made by hand, in small batches, in Wollongong.

We're making work that bends. We're early, and we'd rather tell you exactly where we are than round it up.
