My name is Faith, the founder of Nourish Oils. I came to Australia as a migrant, carrying the hopes that so many of us arrive with, for safety, for belonging, for a chance to build something steady. As a solo mum of six, I've learned that rebuilding a life takes both strength and gentleness. There were seasons when I had to draw on reserves I didn't know I had, and seasons when small acts of care were the only thing that held me together.

Nourish Oils grew out of that lived experience. I came to understand that true wellbeing is rooted in intentional restoration, the quiet, deliberate practice of caring for yourself with the same patience you'd offer someone you love.

Our oils are made to be part of that practice - a moment of calm, a ritual of nourishment, a reminder that you are worth tending to.

But Nourish Oils was never only about what's in the bottle.

Through my work in the community sector and as a lived - experience advisor and board member for women's organisations, I've seen some of the biggest struggles women go through. I've seen how often safety and survival come first and how rarely women are given the space, the tools, or the opportunity to rebuild their economic independence.

Healing and financial freedom belong together. You cannot fully recover when you can't stand on your own feet.
